—two passionate, experienced coaches who live and breathe what they teach.
I am the owner of Platos Gym. I have experience in designing tailored programs, leading classes, overseeing group training sessions and providing personalised training. My strengths lie in powerlifting, strength training and weight loss. My passion lies in empowering individuals to strengthen their bodies through sustainable, long-term training approaches. I am a certified personal trainer with 20 years of training experience.
I am also n owner of Platos Gym. I help mentor and coach athletes outside of usual business hours. My strengths lie in bodybuilding and strength training and can assist you through mental barriers to reach new heights and PB's. I am currently completing certification to compliment his 35 years of training experience.
